A k-tip slicer/carver with a rugged finish, forged from a single piece of C105 high carbon steel. The blade is tall enough to be used as a chef/Gyuto.
These knives have a good heft and are a somewhat difference experience in the hand. The blade is nicely balanced and handles well. I like them.
