155mm - I call this the 'home knife', with the all round versatility of a Santoku, but a bit of Gyuto-ness in the shape. It has a very nice knifey feel in the hand.
Specs:
Mono steel - forged in Shirogami (white paper) no. 1 steel - a very pure high carbon steel from Hitachi - very easy to sharpen to a fabulous edge.
